Craig's poor weather for his last leg turns out to be the exception as, yet again the sun comes out moreorless just for for this run.

Just like my Beinn Alligin leg, this is a hill that has since become split into 2 Munros which would have been much more rewarding particularly as it would not be a big diversion to get to the new Munro and the descent to the road would have been far more pleasant. I am not sure which actual route Craig took, but he almost certainly had a steep descent on qurtzite scree which must have been daunting with his much improved but still injured ankle.

His time was quite a bit adrift of my schedule – whether it was just an unrealistic target or the ankle and the tiredness from the previous night I don't know.
