As the start of the relay rapidly approaches many team members have been honing their fitness in the hills. Sue Savege has committed to joining the relay for the majority of its duration and has been sharpening her mountain fitness with several trips to Skye, which should help ensure that the relay gets off to a flying start. Sue is looking forward to tackling some of the more technical Munros during the challenge.
Been so lucky with some incredible weekends on Skye recently tidying up my scrambling skills and getting some miles in the legs to prepare for the Veteran Womens Munro Relay which starts tomorrow 😃.
21 women, 282 Munros (and all the bits in between) by bike, foot, rope and kayak, over 21 days 😁.
Super excited to get started
